Suzuki Access 125 is a scooter available in 4 variants and 16 colours. The Suzuki Access 125 is powered by 124cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 8.6 bhp and a torque of 10 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Suzuki Access 125 comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Access 125 scooter weighs 103 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5 liters.
The 2023 Suzuki Access 125 has received mechanical updates to comply with the upcoming OBD2-A emission norms in the Indian market. This On-Board Diagnostics System aims to detect system failures and indicate any faults in the vehicle system. Meanwhile, the mechanical specifications continue to use a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that delivers a maximum output of 8.5bhp at 6,750rpm and a peak torque of 10Nm at 5,500rpm.
The changes to the 2023 model are limited to the addition of new hardware to comply with the newest norms. Meanwhile, the design continues to feature a single-pod headlight, apron-mounted front turn indicators, curvy body panels, a side-slung exhaust with heat shield, and a single-seat pillion grabrail.
The suspension hardware, too, remains unchanged, and the complete range uses telescopic front forks and a single rear spring to handle the suspension duties. Then, the braking setup on the base model includes drum brakes on both wheels, while the rest of the variants feature a disc brake at the front and a drum unit at the back. The safety net on all versions of this 125cc scooter includes a combined braking system.
The 2023 Access 125, similar to its predecessor, will be available in three variants – Standard, Special, and Connect Edition. The prices and colours vary depending on the paint option selected. The Suzuki Access 125 series rivals the likes of the Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125, and Fascino 125 in the Indian market.
