The Vespa 946 Dragon is a limited edition scooter that’s been launched to commemorate the Lunar New Year in Hong Kong. Only 1,888 units are available globally, making it quite an exclusive purchase.

The Vespa 946 is based on the standard 946 scooter. However, it is visually different from the standard bike. The 946 Dragon gets a light gold colour on the entire bodywork and this extends to the mirrors and the tail rack as well as the wheels. Adding some much-needed contrast to this light gold shade are graphics of a dragon in emerald green that stretches from the front apron to the side panels.

It is powered by a 155cc engine. The scooter uses a steel plate monocoque frame, suspended by a single-arm, shock absorber at the front and a preload adjustable shock absorber at the rear. It rides on 12-inch wheels and has a 220mm disc brake at the front.
