Tata Altroz Racer Latest Updates
Tata has finally teased the Altroz Racer ahead of its expected launch in June. The hatchback was initially showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, and then at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show. It features sporty elements for the exterior, including a black hood and white stripes. The interior will feature orange inserts throughout. It will get the 120 PS turbo-petrol engine borrowed from the Nexon.
Features of Tata Altroz Racer : The Altroz Racer packs a bigger 10.25-inch infotainment system, a seven-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated seats and a sunroof as well. Other features should be the same as the standard hatchback which gets Apple Carplay and Android Auto, climate control, height-adjustable driver seat, and a Harman sound system. Its safety kit should also be the same as well, with features like ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors with a rear camera, and, rain-sensing wipers, but it does get six airbags in place of two.
Tata Altroz Racer Engine : The hatchback is powered by the Nexon’s 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 120PS and 170Nm. It sends power to the front wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. No mechanical changes have been made to the suspension.
